Appium-Python-Client library install failed : No module named 'appium'

I have following issue when trying to install appium library :

まず、Python 3.11.2、pip 23.0.1、setuptools 67.4.0 でバージョン 2.8.1 の pip install Appium-Python-Client を再現します。19 行目の setup.py と、そこで参照されている appium.common.helper import を読みます。パッケージメタデータの生成とインストールが ModuleNotFoundError なしで完了すれば終了です。
