Appium-Python-Client library install failed : No module named 'appium'

I have following issue when trying to install appium library :

Start by reproducing pip install Appium-Python-Client for version 2.8.1 with Python 3.11.2, pip 23.0.1, and setuptools 67.4.0. Read setup.py at line 19 and the referenced appium.common.helper import; done means package metadata generation and installation complete without ModuleNotFoundError.
