まず、リンクされた Apache Pulsar の pull request と、バージョン 3.5.0 における C++ クライアントの動作を確認します。複数のクラスターへのアクセスを再現し、報告された MaxMessageSize と想定される上限を比較します。対象となるクラスター構成全体でサイズが正しく、検証済みであれば完了です。
