Cannot build parquet-tools as per instructions

If I follow https://github.com/nielsbasjes/parquet-mr/tree/master/parquet-tools

I.e. clone and run

cd parquet-tools && mvn clean package -Plocal
```

then I get

Bắt đầu trong thư mục parquet-tools bằng cách làm theo các hướng dẫn được liên kết và chạy `mvn clean package -Plocal` để tái hiện lỗi phân giải dependency. Kiểm tra metadata của build khai báo dependency `parquet-hadoop` 1.9.1-SNAPSHOT và xác minh rằng build được ghi trong tài liệu hoàn tất thành công mà không có lỗi thiếu artifact.
