Cannot build parquet-tools as per instructions

If I follow https://github.com/nielsbasjes/parquet-mr/tree/master/parquet-tools

I.e. clone and run

cd parquet-tools && mvn clean package -Plocal
```

then I get

Commencez dans le répertoire parquet-tools en suivant les instructions liées et en exécutant `mvn clean package -Plocal` pour reproduire l’échec de résolution des dépendances. Examinez les métadonnées de build qui déclarent la dépendance `parquet-hadoop` 1.9.1-SNAPSHOT et vérifiez que le build documenté se termine correctement sans l’erreur d’artefact manquant.
