Encrypting the entire table is impossible

首先跟踪 getColumnSetup(ColumnPath, boolean, int) 以及 issue 中所示的 columnMap 查找。重现 createIfNull 检查导致异常的已报告路径，然后验证在该情况下加密整个表不再失败。
