ops does not support HTTP_PROXY and HTTPS_PROXY env var

- [x] I have searched the [issues](https://github.com/apache/openserverless/issues) of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.

### Ⅰ. Issue Description
Since we are using the go git library it is supposed it supports the standard environment variables HTTP(S)_PROXY ... but it does not.

seth the variables, and try ops -update... error!

Inizia dal percorso di aggiornamento della ops CLI e dal suo utilizzo della Go git library; riproduci il problema dopo aver impostato HTTP_PROXY e HTTPS_PROXY, quindi traccia il percorso delle variabili fino all'operazione git. Il lavoro è completato quando `ops -update` funziona attraverso il proxy configurato, con un controllo di regressione per le variabili d'ambiente.
