iotdb在python无法运行

python=3.11.5，apache-iotdb=1.1.2，thrift=0.16.0环境中，iotdb用不了，无法运行，连都连不了

Python 3.11.5、apache-iotdb 1.1.2、thrift 0.16.0で接続失敗を再現し、その後 iotdb/Session.py の open と set_time_zone の周辺、および生成された thrift クライアントの呼び出しを調査します。openSession に関係するサーバーとクライアントの設定を比較します。原因が確認され、互換性のある接続が transport-not-open エラーで終了しなくなれば完了です。

索引モデルが issue の本文から書いたものです。
