iotdb在python无法运行

python=3.11.5，apache-iotdb=1.1.2，thrift=0.16.0环境中，iotdb用不了，无法运行，连都连不了

Reproduziere den Verbindungsfehler mit Python 3.11.5, apache-iotdb 1.1.2 und thrift 0.16.0. Untersuche anschließend iotdb/Session.py im Umfeld von open und set_time_zone sowie die Aufrufe des generierten thrift-Clients. Vergleiche die an openSession beteiligte Server- und Client-Konfiguration; abgeschlossen ist die Aufgabe, wenn die Ursache bestätigt ist und eine kompatible Verbindung nicht mehr mit dem transport-not-open-Fehler endet.
