**Display Tags in the UI for each ACL Rule, and allow users to filter by Tags**
- Tags are supported in the GUI, but they are not displayed.
- If tags are shown in the UI, it makes it easier to scan
- Allow users to filter by tags (which makes grouping and filtering much easier)
- Useful when we have more than many ACL Rules.
