Volume Snapshot Fails After First Successful Snapshot – (XCP-ng 8.3, CloudStack 4.21)

We are encountering an issue while creating volume snapshots on VMs hosted on XCP-ng 8.3 with FC primary storage.
The first snapshot is created successfully, however any subsequent snapshot attempt fails.

Error
The snapshot job fails with the following error:
failed to getVhdParent with args isISCSI

### The steps to reproduce the bug

snapshot of the volume → Success.
Attempt to create the second snapshot of the same volume → Failure.

まず添付された logs.txt を読み、次の手順を再現します。1 つのボリュームスナップショットを作成し、続いて、記載されている XCP-ng および FC のセットアップで同じボリュームに対して 2 つ目のスナップショットを試みます。スナップショットのパスで報告された「getVhdParent with args isISCSI」エラーを追跡します。連続するスナップショットがこのエラーなしに成功すれば完了です。
