### The steps to reproduce the bug

1. On the kvm host make sure the efi packages (apt install swtpm qemu-efi-aarch64)

2. Create a uefi properties file

4. Launch a vm select the boot mode as UEFI and secure

Boot into BIOS and LEGACY

VM boots , verify

On the kvm host dumpxml of the vm

login to the vm and verify

### What to do about it?

Cloudstack should BOOT mode UEFI and secure on kvm arm64 hosts

Inizia con le impostazioni UEFI in /etc/cloudstack/agent/uefi.properties e con la voce di agent.log che riporta “No PCI buses available.”. Confronta l’XML della VM generato da dumpxml, incluse le relative voci loader e NVRAM, con i casi UEFI non funzionanti e quelli legacy funzionanti. Il lavoro è completo quando una VM si avvia in UEFI e secure mode su un host KVM ARM64 ed è presente /sys/firmware/efi.
