### The steps to reproduce the bug

1. On the kvm host make sure the efi packages (apt install swtpm qemu-efi-aarch64)

2. Create a uefi properties file

4. Launch a vm select the boot mode as UEFI and secure

Boot into BIOS and LEGACY

VM boots , verify

On the kvm host dumpxml of the vm

### What to do about it?

Cloudstack should BOOT mode UEFI and secure on kvm arm64 hosts

Commencez par les paramètres UEFI dans /etc/cloudstack/agent/uefi.properties et l’entrée de agent.log signalant « No PCI buses available. ». Comparez le XML de VM généré par dumpxml, y compris ses entrées loader et NVRAM, avec les cas UEFI défaillants et les cas legacy fonctionnels. Le travail est considéré comme terminé lorsqu’une VM démarre en UEFI et en secure mode sur un hôte KVM ARM64 et que /sys/firmware/efi est présent.
