Tag-Wiki content is not searchable

When the user searches for a niche topic, they might not now about a tag, but maybe a keyword for the Tag, that is written in the tag's description.

If the tag-details contain a word "x", and i search for "x", the tag detail page should show up as a result.

I find the "wiki" naming a bit weird. The url is "info", and in multiple tickets it was referenced as "Details". I think either of them are more fitting descriptions than "wiki".

まず、既存の検索フローと、タグ詳細ページでタグの詳細がどのように公開されているかを追跡します。タグの説明に含まれる単語がどのようにインデックス化されるかを確認し、その後、そのような単語を検索すると対応するタグ詳細ページが返されること、また結果でタグの wiki/詳細コンテンツに一貫した名称が使用されることを検証します。
