Tag-Wiki content is not searchable

When the user searches for a niche topic, they might not now about a tag, but maybe a keyword for the Tag, that is written in the tag's description.

## Describe the solution you'd like

If the tag-details contain a word "x", and i search for "x", the tag detail page should show up as a result.

I find the "wiki" naming a bit weird. The url is "info", and in multiple tickets it was referenced as "Details". I think either of them are more fitting descriptions than "wiki".

Inizia tracciando il flusso di ricerca esistente e il modo in cui i dettagli dei tag vengono esposti nella pagina dei dettagli del tag. Verifica come vengono indicizzate le parole nella descrizione di un tag, quindi verifica che la ricerca di una di queste parole restituisca la pagina dei dettagli del tag corrispondente e che il risultato utilizzi una denominazione coerente per i contenuti wiki/dettagli del tag.
