**Bug Description**
I keep getting an API Error while trying to work on a process safety application for a chemical manufactuer. This is blocking my ability to coordinate runs of our software through my Claude Code session. See the following:req_011CeqZ3iXCfNWuDKonFCvgX, req_011CeqZ3iXCfNWuDKonFCvgX
