bug(list): matListItemIcon color is wrong for disabled list items

### Description

The color of `matListItemIcon` is wrong for disabled list items. It is different to the [list component from material-web](https://material-web.dev/components/list)

### Reproduction

StackBlitz link: https://stackblitz.com/edit/ir6zfh?file=src%2Fexample%2Flist-overview-example.html
Steps to reproduce:
1. Hover over "Item 2 (disabled)"
2. See the `matListItemIcon` changing its color

### Expected Behavior

The color of the `matListItemIcon` stays constant if the list item is disabled.

### Actual Behavior

The color of the `matListItemIcon` is changing.
