Support attachments for behave-parallel

#### What is the current behavior?
Behave parallel doesn't support attachment into enviroment.py (before step, after step ....)

#### What is the expected behavior?
Support use attachments (screenshot, file, log) for behave-parallel as well as at behave

#### What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
consistency and better way for debugging

まず behave-parallel の統合箇所を見つけ、既存の behave の attachment サポートと比較します。before や after steps などの environment.py フックからの attachment がどのように処理されるかを追跡し、並列実行用に生成された Allure の結果にスクリーンショット、ファイル、ログが正しく表示されることを確認します。
