Support attachments for behave-parallel

#### What is the current behavior?
Behave parallel doesn't support attachment into enviroment.py (before step, after step ....)

#### What is the expected behavior?
Support use attachments (screenshot, file, log) for behave-parallel as well as at behave

#### What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
consistency and better way for debugging

首先定位 behave-parallel 集成，并将其与现有的 behave 附件支持进行比较。跟踪如何处理来自 environment.py 钩子（例如 before 和 after steps）的附件，然后验证在并行运行中，屏幕截图、文件和日志是否正确出现在生成的 Allure 结果中。
