Start with the unchecked repository items, especially the NYU syllabus, instructor guide, assistant guide, Lecture 0 and Lecture 3 links, and the package-update guide. Confirm the initial demo and Lecture 3 work in Colab, then track the remaining Brightspace, syllabus, grading, staffing, and course-setup tasks; done means the Fall 2026 checklist is complete.
