In case custom log forwarding is configured, logs are not stored in Adobe infrastructure and so will not be returned by `aio rt:activation:logs` command.

`aio rt:activation:logs` command should display an info message that explains that custom log forwarding is configured.

Start at the `aio rt:activation:logs` command entry point and trace how it determines whether logs are available from Adobe infrastructure. Done means the command displays an informational message when custom log forwarding is configured, while retaining its existing behavior otherwise.
