aio rt:activation:logs should display info message if custom log forwarding is configured

In case custom log forwarding is configured, logs are not stored in Adobe infrastructure and so will not be returned by `aio rt:activation:logs` command.

`aio rt:activation:logs` command should display an info message that explains that custom log forwarding is configured.

Beginne am Einstiegspunkt des Befehls `aio rt:activation:logs` und verfolge, wie er ermittelt, ob Logs aus der Adobe-Infrastruktur verfügbar sind.
