It could be interesting to browse award-winning papers over time.
I could imagine a page organized by year that the paper was written listing the award-winning papers. (The list of lower-tier awards like "Outstanding paper" at ACL could be collapsed by default.)

Next, identify where to add a new browse-by-year route/page in the same web flow and implement the year grouping with lower-tier awards collapsed by default. Validate by running the project’s normal build/tests and opening the new page to confirm award-winning papers are grouped by year.
