No files are named, so start by locating the recommendation flow that ranks profiles from driver counts in the app code (API/service or UI data pipeline). Review any existing tests or fixtures for profile ranking/output behavior to confirm the default 25-profile case. Adjust the zero-driver branch to stop ranking when both counts are zero and return the explicit message “No driver-based profile recommendation available,” then re-run the recommendation tests to verify no profile list is shown in that case.
