Review any existing tests or fixtures for profile ranking/output behavior to confirm the default 25-profile case. Adjust the zero-driver branch to stop ranking when both counts are zero and return the explicit message “No driver-based profile recommendation available,” then re-run the recommendation tests to verify no profile list is shown in that case.
