### Description
By default, the VM does not have swap space provisioned, it would be useful to have a sane default, or a command line flag when starting the VM to have swap configurable and provision in a file on the root filesystem

Check existing command-line flags for memory and disk to see how a new swap flag would integrate. Test by building and running a VM with swap enabled.
