Allow configuration of Swap

### Description

By default, the VM does not have swap space provisioned, it would be useful to have a sane default, or a command line flag when starting the VM to have swap configurable and provision in a file on the root filesystem

Look at the VM provisioning code in colima, likely in the lima or qemu backend. Find where disk and memory settings are configured. Understand how swap can be added via a file or partition. Check existing command-line flags for memory and disk to see how a new swap flag would integrate. Test by building and running a VM with swap enabled.
