Clean up internal doc

Teams inside of Google are finding our internal docs, some of which are outdated. Let's clean those up so those teams have an accurate picture.

For example, this one: /mobile/flutter/genui/g3doc/index.md

I put up a CL for this, with a warning that the doc is out of date. We can do more here, so I'll leave the issue open

Tìm tệp tài liệu nội bộ tại /mobile/flutter/genui/g3doc/index.md. Xem xét nội dung của tệp để xác định thông tin đã lỗi thời. Cập nhật hoặc xóa các phần đã lỗi thời, đảm bảo tài liệu phản ánh chính xác trạng thái hiện tại của dự án. Kiểm tra xem có tài liệu nội bộ tương tự nào cũng cần được dọn dẹp hay không.

Do mô hình lập chỉ mục viết ra từ nội dung của issue.
