How is Path of Building expected to behave?

When i enter my account name it says my account is private but it isnt private, i tried to check the box and update it multiple times, i also tried a VPN and the POSSESID nothing works still says account is private...

まず、報告された公開アカウントを使って Windows でアカウント名の検索を再現し、アプリケーションでのアカウントのプライバシー処理を確認してください。公開アカウントが、非公開アカウントであるという誤ったメッセージなしに受け入れられれば完了です。issue では、特定のソースファイルやテストは指定されていません。
