How is Path of Building expected to behave?

When i enter my account name it says my account is private but it isnt private, i tried to check the box and update it multiple times, i also tried a VPN and the POSSESID nothing works still says account is private...

Iniziare riproducendo su Windows la ricerca del nome dell'account con l'account pubblico segnalato e verificare la gestione della privacy dell'account nell'applicazione. Il lavoro è completato quando un account pubblico viene accettato senza il messaggio errato relativo a un account privato; nell'issue non sono identificati file sorgente o test specifici.
