What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

Currently, with Oath of Spring allocated, PoB it checks for the magnitude of a single shock, sees that it is 2%, and does nothing as 2% is less than the minimum 5% listed on Lightning Conduit for its scaling effect.

How to reproduce the issue
  1. Allocate Oath of Spring
  2. Go to Configuration, set "Enemy is Shocked" flag, set shock stacks to any value 3 or greater and effect of shock to any value 2 or greater
  3. Add Lightning Conduit to skills
  4. Go to Calculations tab, see that there is no more multiplier for hit damage from Lightning Conduit

調査の方向性

まず、Oath of Springを割り当て、Enemy is Shockedを有効にし、shockスタックを少なくとも3つ付与し、shock effectを2以上に設定した状態で問題を再現します。ConfigurationタブからCalculationsタブまでLightning Conduitの計算を追跡します。各shockが個別には5%未満であるために無視されるのではなく、ヒットダメージ倍率がshockスタックの合計を反映すれば完了です。
