What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

Currently, with Oath of Spring allocated, PoB it checks for the magnitude of a single shock, sees that it is 2%, and does nothing as 2% is less than the minimum 5% listed on Lightning Conduit for its scaling effect.

How to reproduce the issue
  1. Allocate Oath of Spring
  2. Go to Configuration, set "Enemy is Shocked" flag, set shock stacks to any value 3 or greater and effect of shock to any value 2 or greater
  3. Add Lightning Conduit to skills
  4. Go to Calculations tab, see that there is no more multiplier for hit damage from Lightning Conduit

Inizia riproducendo il problema con Oath of Spring assegnato, Enemy is Shocked abilitato, almeno 3 accumuli di shock e l’effetto shock impostato su 2 o più. Segui il calcolo di Lightning Conduit dalla scheda Configuration alla scheda Calculations; il lavoro è completo quando il moltiplicatore del danno dei colpi riflette gli accumuli di shock combinati invece di ignorarli perché ogni singolo shock è inferiore al 5%.
