asyncpg does not install with python 3.12-dev

• If you built asyncpg locally, which version of Cython did you use?: 312
• Can the issue be reproduced under both asyncio and
  uvloop?: I do not know.

Python 3.12, under development, seems to have changed a structure:

Inizia con il trace GitHub CI collegato e il file generato che non riesce asyncpg/pgproto/pgproto.c, riproducendo l’installazione con Python 3.12-dev. Analizza l’errore di compilazione PyLongObject ob_digit segnalato e verifica che asyncpg venga installato correttamente su questa versione di Python senza il build failure segnalato.
