asyncpg does not install with python 3.12-dev

• If you built asyncpg locally, which version of Cython did you use?: 312
• Can the issue be reproduced under both asyncio and
  uvloop?: I do not know.

Python 3.12, under development, seems to have changed a structure:

Comienza con el trace enlazado de GitHub CI y el archivo generado que falla asyncpg/pgproto/pgproto.c, reproduciendo la instalación con Python 3.12-dev. Investiga el error de compilación de PyLongObject ob_digit reportado y verifica que asyncpg se instale correctamente en esa versión de Python sin el fallo de compilación reportado.
