after frequent use of notebook, the following error would appear.

in note book it looks like this

after I remove all the project.toml, condapkg.toml, and rebuild the project it works fine, but after play around with the notebook it would appear again, especially with after installed DifferentialEquations.

This only happens when I try to load python packages, others are fine.

Reproduce the notebook workflow after loading Python packages, especially DifferentialEquations, and compare it with the clean Project.toml/CondaPkg.toml rebuild described in the report. Start with the Distributed stack entries in share/julia/stdlib/v1.8/Distributed/src/messages.jl and process_messages.jl; done means the worker termination and ECONNRESET behavior is explained and addressed for the reported workflow.
