Description

after frequent use of notebook, the following error would appear.

in note book it looks like this

after I remove all the project.toml, condapkg.toml, and rebuild the project it works fine, but after play around with the notebook it would appear again, especially with after installed DifferentialEquations.

This only happens when I try to load python packages, others are fine.
