Add M4 Mac Mini 1.5U Mount with 1x LabStack Module

まず既存のLabStackマウント設計と、リンクされている19-inch Mac Miniのリファレンスを確認し、このissueに記載された10-inchラックの寸法と比較します。1台のM4 Mac Miniと1つのLabStackモジュールを収容できる、1.5Uの3Dプリント製マウントが定義され、keystone-jackの各オプションが解決されていれば完了です。
