Add M4 Mac Mini 1.5U Mount with 1x LabStack Module

Beginne mit der Prüfung der bestehenden LabStack-Halterungsdesigns und der verlinkten Referenz für das 19-inch Mac Mini und vergleiche sie anschließend mit den Abmessungen des 10-inch-Racks in diesem Issue. Als abgeschlossen gilt eine definierte 1.5U-3D-gedruckte Halterung, die ein M4 Mac Mini und ein LabStack-Modul aufnimmt, wobei alle Optionen für Keystone-Buchsen geklärt sind.
