quickstart.py から開始し、traceback を instapy/browser.py までたどります。特に set_selenium_local_session と Firefox WebDriver の初期化を確認してください。Windows 上の Python 3.7 で SessionNotCreatedException を再現し、その後、quickstart が capabilities エラーなしでブラウザーセッションを作成できることを確認してください。
