Start with quickstart.py and follow the traceback into instapy/browser.py, especially set_selenium_local_session and the Firefox WebDriver initialization. Reproduce the SessionNotCreatedException with Python 3.7 on Windows, then verify the quickstart can create a browser session without the capabilities error.
