Notifying user about new update?

Hello,

currently update option is hidden under ZeroHello, Three dots, Version number (always "Up to date").

it may be good if Zeronet is set by default to notify user about new update available.
Either show a notification bubble with a button to proceed or dismis the update or some icon on ZeroHello. If it is a notiffication bubble, maybe it would bother user if it appear too often.

If update fails, users should see the error description.

三点メニューとバージョン番号から到達できる ZeroHello の更新コントロールから始めます。現在、更新の有無と失敗がどのように表示されているかを追跡し、そのうえで、この機能に必要な通知、閉じる/続行の動作、再通知の頻度、エラーの詳細を定義します。更新状態が深く移動しなくても確認でき、失敗の内容を理解できれば完了です。
