Notifying user about new update?

Hello,

currently update option is hidden under ZeroHello, Three dots, Version number (always "Up to date").

it may be good if Zeronet is set by default to notify user about new update available.
Either show a notification bubble with a button to proceed or dismis the update or some icon on ZeroHello. If it is a notiffication bubble, maybe it would bother user if it appear too often.

If update fails, users should see the error description.

Start at the ZeroHello update controls reached through the three-dot menu and version number. Trace how update availability and failures are currently surfaced, then define the notification, dismiss/proceed behavior, repeat frequency, and error details needed for the feature. Done means the update state is visible without navigating deeply and failures are understandable.
