Support compress punctuation to optimize CJK typography

DTP is one of Graphite's development goal, so typography is one of the most important part. However, I tested Graphite with Chinese texts typography and found that it doesn't support compress punctuation, result to the justify alignment is not so "justify".

I think it's better to support compress punctuation like libreoffice/scribus/typst... Thank you.

Start by locating the text layout and justification implementation, then compare its behavior with the cited LibreOffice, Scribus, or Typst examples. Done means Chinese text supports punctuation compression and produces the expected justified typography.
