In App browser not loading assets correctly

## Issue
Hi,

I am using react-native-app-auth(latest version) package in our app and our react-native package is 0.70.0. Everything was working great until in latest version of IOS to be specific 16.4.0 and for some Latest Android version the login page not loading assets correctly. I will attach the image how it looks like. I have no clue why it might happen since these assets is not local just comes from IDP and they are working fine in IOS 16.3.0 versions.

まず、react-native 0.70.0、カスタム IDP、報告されている iOS 16.4.0 および最近の Android バージョンでログインフローを再現し、その後、アセットが機能する iOS 16.3.0 と比較します。IDP がホストするログインアセットが iOS と Android の両方で正しく読み込まれれば完了です。
