In App browser not loading assets correctly

## Issue
Hi,

I am using react-native-app-auth(latest version) package in our app and our react-native package is 0.70.0. Everything was working great until in latest version of IOS to be specific 16.4.0 and for some Latest Android version the login page not loading assets correctly. I will attach the image how it looks like. I have no clue why it might happen since these assets is not local just comes from IDP and they are working fine in IOS 16.3.0 versions.

Empieza reproduciendo el flujo de inicio de sesión con react-native 0.70.0, el IDP personalizado y las versiones indicadas iOS 16.4.0 y las versiones recientes de Android; después, compáralo con iOS 16.3.0, donde los assets funcionan. Se considera terminado cuando los assets de inicio de sesión alojados por el IDP se cargan correctamente tanto en iOS como en Android.
