Investigate if we can support both token and tokenless upload for codecov, and update docs

This adds support for tokenless uploads, we should decide whether to enable this at the same time

未指定檔案或測試；從 issue #213 中參照的討論開始，檢查 template 的 Codecov 上傳設定與文件。確認帶有 token 的上傳與不帶 token 的上傳是否可以共存，接著記錄選定的行為，並為上傳路徑定義驗證規則。
