Link to deploy job

The deployment object can accept an optional parameter of job url which would be a link to the job, or specific run. This could get added to the log to link back to the specific job output, and in the service to just be a link to the job that deploys that service.

In a large micro service architecture, it may be difficult to determine the job that deploys the service, this would help solve that problem.

If you store the output of the job in another location, you could provide this link to the archived output.

Start by locating the deployment object, service handling, and log output in the Python package. Trace how deployment and service data are represented, then determine how the optional job URL should support a job, specific run, or archived output. Done means callers can provide the URL and the relevant deployment log and service information link to it.
