Link to deploy job

The deployment object can accept an optional parameter of job url which would be a link to the job, or specific run. This could get added to the log to link back to the specific job output, and in the service to just be a link to the job that deploys that service.

In a large micro service architecture, it may be difficult to determine the job that deploys the service, this would help solve that problem.

If you store the output of the job in another location, you could provide this link to the archived output.
