Sample app needs to be rebrand-able

### Describe the bug

The tooling created for Labs is going to be reused for the main toolkit. The sample app that was created is not capable of being rebranded, and is hardcoded as "Toolkit Labs".

サンプルアプリと、一覧にあるタスク領域（ビジュアルアセット、タイトルと説明文、リンク、パッケージのアイデンティティ、トップレベルのページ）を確認します。この issue ではサブモジュールに関する issue 70 と 77 も示されており、アプローチを定義する前に確認する必要があります。完了とは、サンプルアプリを "Toolkit Labs" としてハードコードするのではなく、ブランディングとアイデンティティをカスタマイズした状態で再利用できることです。
