🐞 Strange things happens if you open another file

### Description

I have noticed that when I open multiple files, the terminal gives weird output.

I haven't used the terminal in Code Editor or the main terminal for this repository before.

### To Reproduce

1. Open a folder in CE
2. Open a file
3. open another file
4. see terminal

### Expected Behavior

It's important to note that this issue does not occur every time.

Bắt đầu trong terminal của CodeEdit sau khi tái hiện các bước mở thư mục và tệp được liệt kê trên các phiên bản macOS và CodeEdit được báo cáo.
